Requirements
- 8+ years of experience of Product Management experience with direct-to-consumer products
- 8+ years of experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams
- 5+ years of experience delivering mobile applications
- 5+ years of proficiency in product management collaboration tools such as JIRA, AHA, Rally, and Figma
- 3 mobile projects showing a solid understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices and customer engagement strategies
- Extensive leadership experience in product management, strategy development, and business case writing for mobile apps
- Both strategic and tactical experience in managing, building, and delivering products and services
Responsibilities
- Guide cross-functional teams across business units to standardize foundational functionalities. This includes analytics baselining, homepage/menu/navigation discovery, guest content, personalization, and messaging.
- Monitor app performance, identify improvement opportunities, and create strategies to boost user retention
- Craft narratives that measure the success of mobile app features to highlight challenges, opportunities, and achievements recognized by the whole team
- Develop strategies, business cases, and roadmaps for the foundational aspects of the Optum Flagship app
- Keep up-to-date with trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development
- Manage the foundational product backlog from ideation through discovery, readiness definition, and delivery
