Kainos is looking to implement and configure their Enterprise Document Management application for Workday for their global customer base, and needs a Lead EDM Consultant to lead projects and support customers throughout their deployment journey.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Workday products, including HCM and specialist capabilities
- Experience in the Workday consultancy ecosystem
- Relevant Workday certification
- Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers
- Ability to lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle
- Strong understanding of project and business dynamics
- Experience with Workday implementation and configuration
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Kainos EDM (Enterprise Document Management) product for Workday
- Lead a workstream and build relationships with customers
- Shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable
- Provide excellent guidance to customers, understanding their business and requirements
- Support more junior members of the team and share knowledge with them
- Lead projects and support customers throughout their deployment journey
- Configure Workday products, including HCM and specialist capabilities
