Lime, a shared electric vehicle company, is seeking a NetSuite Developer Lead to enhance their Financial and Supply Chain modules, optimize business processes through customization and integration, and ensure compliance and security within their ERP system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development, with expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0,2.1,2.x).
  • Expert on Suite Cloud customizations platform such as Suite Builder, Suite Script, Suite Talk, SuiteBundle
  • Strong experience in NetSuite Financials and Supply Chain modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Advanced Procurement, and Order Management specifically:
  • WMS & Smart Count Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize NetSuite's Warehouse Management System (WMS) including location setup, pick/pack/ship workflows, wave planning, and warehouse automation integrations to optimize fulfillment operations.
  • Procurement Module Development: Design and implement customizations for procurement processes including purchase order workflows, vendor management, approval routing, and automated procurement rules to streamline purchasing operations.
  • Serial & Lot Inventory Management: Develop complex inventory tracking solutions for serial and lot-controlled items, including custom fields, workflows, and reports
  • Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages such as Java, Python, or similar for integrations and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage NetSuite development projects, ensuring best practices in configuration, scripting, and integrations.
  • Develop, customize, and enhance NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), middleware tools, and custom solutions.
  • Optimize business processes by leveraging SuiteFlow (Workflows) and SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and security by implementing proper role-based access control, SOX compliance measures, and audit-ready configurations.
  • Develop and enforce coding standards for NetSuite development, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the NetSuite development team.

Other

  • Experience working in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in an ERP environment.
  • Proficient with SDLC procedures
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, along with strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other OOP languages.
  • Experience working in compliance-driven environments is a plus.
