Requirements

- Proven experience with headless CMS architectures, performance optimization, and SEO implementation
- 8+ years of experience in front-end engineering, including hands-on leadership roles
- Experience with multi-region, high-traffic e-commerce applications and payment systems
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex technical solutions while providing strategic technical guidance to cross-functional teams
- Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for front-end development across the organization
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance
