Salesforce is looking to evolve its Agentforce technologies and enhance the External Experience on help.salesforce.com and the Agentforce experience on the Help portal by leveraging AI and driving innovation.

Requirements

  • Overall at least 12 years development experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce
  • 1 year working experience or familiarity with Prompt engineering
  • Experience working with Apex, Experience cloud, Service Cloud, Javascript, Integration using Mulesoft and with SF to SF using APIs
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
  • Experience with test automation using test-frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Getting up to speed on internal processes related to code development, review, release and deployment.
  • Understanding how Agentforce is implemented and contributing to team in building/configuring new features.
  • Contributing to test automation strategy as required.
  • Be the early explorer of new features launched by T&P and implement them for the Help Portal team
  • Working closely with Enterprise Architecture team to get alignment on design and approvals from EARB, security, legal, etc
  • Drive improvements in CI / CD pipeline
  • Drive high bar for Observability / Monitoring for existing and any new feature launches

Other

  • Interact with internal engineering teams in DET, Business and T&P across multiple timezones.
  • Bachelors or Masters equivalent in degree in Computer Science**.
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor developers in best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting full service stack, end-to-end ownership
  • Present the designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others
