Requirements
- 10+ years in full-stack OOP development, with strong expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft.
- 5+ years of technical leadership designing and developing complex solutions
- Experience with Apex, Lightning WC, Mulesoft, and the Salesforce.com APIs
- Experience with AI developer productivity tools Cursor, GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer
- Experience with web application development including HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience with Python, NodeJS, Heroku, Amazon Web Services
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of solutions across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and related enterprise platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality standards, and performance optimization techniques to enhance overall engineering efficiency.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements, estimate effort, and assess feasibility to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Drive engineering innovation, continuously evolving tools, frameworks, and best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver seamless end-to-end product experiences.
- Rapidly learn and adopt emerging technologies, especially in the AI/ML space, and lead the team in evaluating and integrating AI capabilities into platforms and workflows.
