Jefferson is looking for a motivated and skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with experience in Terraform to support their growing cloud infrastructure and contribute to large-scale cloud projects.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- 1+ year experience working with Terraform in a professional setting.
- Solid understanding of core Azure services (VMs, VNets, Storage, RBAC, etc.).
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity concepts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
- Support the provisioning and management of Azure resources (e.g., VMs, VNets, storage, AKS, App Services).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and DevOps teams to build and maintain IaC pipelines.
- Write and maintain Terraform modules and scripts for repeatable, consistent deployments.
- Help monitor cloud environments and respond to performance and availability issues.
- Ensure deployments follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response.
