Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in mainframe development, with a focus on COBOL and JCL.
- Proficiency in working with mainframe databases, including DB2 and IMS.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mainframe applications and systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in coding practices and systems design.
- Liaise with project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
