Labcorp is looking for a strong MDM Developer / Analyst to support the Customer, Patient and Product business domains. The role will focus on working alongside our business areas to provide solution support for the Master Data Management (MDM) program functionality.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM Advanced Edition development.
- Good functional understanding of all the MDM out of box services and extension services.
- Full life cycle implementation experience in MDM solutions across various domains, such as Customer, Party, and Product.
- Development experience on Angular JS.
- In-depth knowledge of MDM data model.
- Good understanding of IBM Infosphere MDM Advanced Edition development platform and implementation skills.
- Strong Experience with Service Oriented Architecture techniques (JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, XPath).
Responsibilities
- assessing requirements and designing and implementing successful Master Data Management solutions that comprise data cleansing, data ingestion pipelines, business process workflow, data matching & de-duplication, and standardization.
- Work with team members to develop technical designs to meet business requirements.
- Design and Develop customizations for the currently implemented MDM Product.
- Matching Engine tuning and development practices.
- Design and develop multiple Restful API (JSON) services by using Spring Boot.
- Design and develop synchronized publish/subscribe model by using IBM message topic.
- Experience in performance monitoring and debugging with tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.

- Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

- At least 10 years of experience in leading MDM implementations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
