The company is seeking a Tech Lead to design, develop, and optimize database solutions, automate processes, and lead technical implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements, particularly in accounting and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Strong experience with PL/SQL (writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and process optimization.
- Strong experience on C-Sharp and .Net, REST API coding and maintaining
- Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) (integration, customization, data management).
- Experience working with AWS services (RDS, S3, Lambda, EC2, etc.).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration strategies.
- Experience with other scripting languages (Python, Splunk, XML/SOAP, API) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, triggers, and functions to support business operations.
- Ensure efficient data processing and database performance tuning.

- Develop and maintain existing code and optimize it as needed

- Lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
