The role involves building secure, scalable, and intelligent systems to protect customers from fraud and disputes while maintaining a seamless user experience, and collaborating to design and deliver enterprise-grade Pega applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development
- Pega CSSA Certification (Senior System Architect)
- Strong expertise in Pega Case Management, integration rules, application security, and layering concepts
- Experience in Fraud, Dispute, or Case Management domains
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex, large-scale applications using Pega, driving architecture and design decisions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that integrates seamlessly with platform releases.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with architects, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Champion best practices in software development, deployment, and system architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to automated testing to ensure engineering excellence.
- Design and maintain system integrations including APIs, file transfers, and SQL queries.
- Drive continuous improvement, challenging the status quo to enhance performance and scalability.
