Requirements
- Meaningful experience (5+ years) in people analytics or workforce data analysis experience, with demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ultimately insights
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google products, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity

Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining People data sets and dashboards
- Defining and standardizing key People metrics
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing People data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Applying predictive analytics and modeling techniques to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and performance management
- Partnering with People leaders, Finance, and business units to align analytics with organizational goals
- Collaborating with operational teams to optimize People data systems and integrations
- Acting as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for People data requests and ad hoc analysis
