PGIM Private Capital is looking for a System Administrator / Data Specialist to join their Information Technology & Services team. The role will focus on supporting PGIM Private Capital with vendor and internally designed applications, processes, and reporting. The incumbent will define solutions for operationalizing data-driven decision making in a cost-effective and scalable manner.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience working with the Allvue Everest platform, including custom development as well as built-in system configuration options
- Strong programming experience with .Net and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of data ingestion pipeline in AWS and knowledge of ETL/ELT
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and tactful manner
- Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and enhancement initiatives for the Allvue Everest platform.
- Create/support key business processes, related dashboards, and interactive reports via Allvue Everest.
- Create generic API’s to allow data flows from Allvue Everest to/from internal databases.
- Utilize knowledge of the Everest platform to determine and implement best-fit and maintainable solutions for internal business partners
- Design and implement scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate in the architecture and system design discussions.
- Participate in code review to make sure standards and best practices are met.

- 4+ years of experience as System Administrator / Data developer
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as travel may occasionally be required
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable voicing opinions and making recommendations for process improvements
- Gain familiarity with all aspects of Private Credits business model to effectively integrate new system applications and/or improve existing business processes
