Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk during shift
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings
- Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups
- Handle customer interactions and promote ARS services
- Represent the ARS brand in a retail setting
- Engage with shoppers and promote HVAC upgrades and energy savings
- Schedule tune-ups and promote indoor air quality services
- Collaborate with expert sales advisors to provide customer solutions

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Ability to work Sundays through Thursdays
