Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, CATIA, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Familiarity with aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of product definition models and drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure designs meet engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and performance.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Manage configuration control and ensure proper documentation of design changes.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for design-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and tools.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role
