Requirements

  • Strong prototyping abilities with emphasis on clear visual communication
  • Proven track record: 7-8+ years of experience in product, UX and service design for complex SAAS or enterprise platforms
  • A portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams
  • Experience working on scientific or factory scale automation products
  • Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly prototype and iterate new features using AI-enabled tools, from sketches and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups in close partnership with engineering
  • Design and optimize seamless, multi-channel journeys and service blueprints that unite digital interfaces, lab hardware, installation, training and ongoing support
  • Establish scalable, quality-first design processes; run design sprints, co-design workshops and stakeholder reviews to align on scope, priorities and success metrics
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, continuously refine the experience, and deliver a truly differentiated Cellario OS for our customers

Other

  • Define and own an evidence-driven UX strategy for Cellario OS that balances business goals with deep customer insights
  • Lead end-to-end user research—stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys and usability tests—to validate and prioritize design decisions
  • Talent for translating and simplifying complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
  • High aptitude for shipping and learning extraordinarily quickly
  • Excellent facilitation, storytelling and stakeholder-management abilities; comfortable presenting to scientists, engineers and executives.
