HighRes Biosolutions aims to automate and orchestrate labs worldwide with their Cellario OS, a lab operating system that integrates instruments, data, and people. They are seeking a Lead Product Designer to enhance the end-to-end user experience of Cellario OS, ensuring a cohesive and scalable digital-plus-service solution for various lab environments.
Requirements
- Strong prototyping abilities with emphasis on clear visual communication
- Proven track record: 7-8+ years of experience in product, UX and service design for complex SAAS or enterprise platforms
- A portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams
- Experience working on scientific or factory scale automation products
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and iterate new features using AI-enabled tools, from sketches and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups in close partnership with engineering
- Design and optimize seamless, multi-channel journeys and service blueprints that unite digital interfaces, lab hardware, installation, training and ongoing support
- Establish scalable, quality-first design processes; run design sprints, co-design workshops and stakeholder reviews to align on scope, priorities and success metrics
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, continuously refine the experience, and deliver a truly differentiated Cellario OS for our customers

- Define and own an evidence-driven UX strategy for Cellario OS that balances business goals with deep customer insights
- Lead end-to-end user research—stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys and usability tests—to validate and prioritize design decisions
- Talent for translating and simplifying complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
- High aptitude for shipping and learning extraordinarily quickly
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling and stakeholder-management abilities; comfortable presenting to scientists, engineers and executives.
