In today's digital world, finding genuine relationships is tougher than ever. At Hinge, we’re on a mission to inspire intimate connection to create a less lonely world. We’re obsessed with understanding our users’ behaviors to help them find love, and our success is defined by one simple metric– setting up great dates. With millions of users across the globe, we’ve become the most trusted way to find a relationship, for all. Our mission is to help more people get on meaningful dates. Within that mission, the new user experience is where belief begins. We want new daters to see how Hinge can help them find meaningful connections, right from the start. As Lead Product Manager, New User Experience, you’ll shape how Hinge earns trust from day one. You’ll design experiences that adapt and personalize quickly for different types of users, whether new to dating apps or returning to try helping each person see early proof that Hinge understands them. You’ll partner closely with our Growth, Trust and Safety, and Recommendations teams to solve cold-start challenges - how to make the first few recommendations feel relevant before the system has much to go on, and how to make the early experience feel rewarding and exciting.
