Requirements
- 7–10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics platforms, healthcare, or employer services
- Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong ability to translate complex data tools into clear, compelling value propositions
- Experience driving utilization and adoption of digital products, ideally analytics or dashboard solutions
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort in using metrics to guide strategy and measure impact
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compelling messaging for Atlas that reflects ongoing product innovation and frequent feature releases
- Ensure Atlas is accurately and effectively represented across all Spring Health market-facing materials, including sales collateral and external communications
- Drive customer utilization and engagement with Atlas by partnering with customer success and product teams on activation strategies
- Partner with other marketing teams to support thought leadership initiatives that position Atlas as a category-defining solution for HR leaders
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to execute successful go-to-market strategies
