Realtor.com is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager, B2B to help drive product, commercialization, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for their agent and broker-facing products, which are the core supply side of their two-sided real estate marketplace. The goal is to increase adoption, engagement, and revenue growth for these products.
Requirements
- Experience should include B2B Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or Management Consulting.
- Experience in a SaaS or marketplace company is a strong plus
- Proven experience identifying and driving strategic product initiatives
- Proven experience bringing products to market with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Analytics, Sales, Success, Customer Care etc), including GTM strategy and execution
- Prior SaaS experience preferred (understanding of value drivers in SaaS subscription / recurring revenue business models)
- Strong understanding of measuring performance through metrics and KPIs with the ability to tell a rich story through data
- Strong analytical skills: comfort and experience with data analysis, modeling, pricing, and presenting quantitative insights
Responsibilities
- Identify, model and help to prioritize new product initiatives for both new and existing market segments
- Take the lead on developing commercialization strategies for new product launches, including pricing, packaging, distribution models, as well as recommend structural price changes for existing offerings
- Conduct market and competitive analyses across key verticals to inform product strategy and positioning
- Serve as a subject matter expert on http://realtor.com 's key client personas, segmentation, real estate industry trends and the messaging hooks that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks in support of new product launches; effectively communicate value propositions to customers, internal partners and frontline teams
- Define success criteria, provide insights and direction, gather feedback, and laterally influence functional stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy implementation

- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- Management consulting background a plus
