Requirements

  • Released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.
  • Active coaching of others leading to individual and team development
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
  • MBA or management degree desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manages full product lifecycle independently, from planning through release, with strong SDLC and agile process knowledge.
  • Applies high-level understanding of technology stack and data tools to support product development and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Uses data and KPIs to guide decisions, track progress, and coach others in effective analysis and problem-solving.
  • Leads go-to-market planning and execution, including development of marketing materials and coordination with customer-facing teams.
  • Aligns product vision with business strategy, leveraging competitive insights and ROI analysis to drive growth and investment decisions.
  • Effectively identifies, analyzes, and resolves problems using information from multiple sources.
  • Generates and implements new ideas, challenges norms, and creates opportunities through innovative thinking.
