Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, Capgemini global teams, and on-site team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and communicate strategies and plans to both Capgemini and client management
- Monitor project health and quality using project management tools like JIRA
- Provide regular status updates to management teams
- Lead teams across multiple client sites and collaborate with sales for new opportunities
- Ensure transparency on project scope and risks for contracts
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a similar field
- 10-14 years of proven experience in technologies
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical program management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with various client teams and Capgemini GECs
