Salesforce is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the development of their Salesforce OrgCS environment and build processes for the CSM and Success Architect teams, leveraging Salesforce technologies and AI
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall development experience, with 5+ years specifically in Salesforce
- Experience in UI development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, Service Cloud, JavaScript, third-party managed package integrations, and customizations
- Strong programming skills with expertise in Object-Oriented Design Patterns, JSON, XML, Salesforce APIs, and REST Web Services
- Experience integrating and consuming both open and private APIs, such as Google, Salesforce.com, Tableau, Slack, MuleSoft, etc
- Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and deployment pipelines
- Strong in QA automation strategy, including test design and execution
- Experience with code reusability, scalable solutions, and design patterns
Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and building the product utilizing Salesforce platform and products
- Provide attention to detail and a commitment to delivery of high-quality, stable deliverables
- Continually evangelize Scrum and an Agile development processes
- Review and provide feedback for code submissions
- Collaborate with DevOps and Architects to define best practices and architectural standards
- Display strong communication & collaboration skills, including the ability to mentor and be mentored
- Explore and adopt new features to support Salesforce on Salesforce

- A related technical degree required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, support teams, and clients at all levels
- Desire to work in a growing, fast-paced environment of innovation
- Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks
- Certified in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Agentforce
