Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design and implementation of a modernized ServiceNow portal with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable portal solutions.
- Architecture Decisions: Drive platform architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow standards and organizational guidelines.
- Hands-On Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership in custom app development, widget creation, and portal configuration.
- Design and Performance: Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization across all portal components.
- Agile Support: Support agile delivery processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
