- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to support manufacturing operation
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs to integrate various systems and applications.
- Utilize JavaScript and SQL to build and optimize web applications and databases.
- Develop and customize ERP systems to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting edge
Other
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comply with all company Quality, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety Standards
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
