Orion180 is looking to develop cutting-edge applications to redefine the insurance experience and is seeking a Lead Software Developer to contribute to this effort.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in developing web applications.
- Proficient in C-Sharp, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with at least one popular web framework for application development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Write Well-Designed Code: Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards.
- Build REST Endpoints: Create robust RESTful services using C-Sharp and .NET Core.
- Database Management: Construct and optimize Linq and SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Agile Collaboration: Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
- Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a hands-on coding expert in software development, delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Meet Sprint Commitments: Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.
