Bio-Rad is seeking a Lead, Software Developer to play a key role in the development of cloud-based applications, combining technical leadership with active development.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms with 8+ years of hands-on AWS experience (DynamoDB, Aurora Postgres, SQS, SNS, S3, Systems Manager).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks with 8+ years of experience in GoLang, .NET, Python, and Angular.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Ensure software design aligns with the approved architecture, and effectively communicate design decisions to the team.
- Define, document, and govern software design, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and design patterns.
- Develop high-quality software that incorporates best practices.
- Drive the software development process through informed, high-level decision-making.
- Mentor and coach software engineers, programmers, and other team members to elevate technical expertise.
- Establish and maintain design and coding standards across projects.
- Act as a technical liaison among developers, testers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
