Team CATHEXIS is seeking a Lead Software Developer to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R) by bridging the gap between design and development to create user-friendly, visually appealing digital products.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Lead backend development efforts using server-side programming languages and frameworks (e.g., ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C-Sharp, Java), including developing and maintaining database schemas and integrating with backend systems.
- Build functional and visually appealing user interfaces with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue to deliver an optimal user experience.
- Develop, implement, and manage web applications using the Sitecore content management system, ensuring efficient content delivery and seamless system integration.
- Integrate AI tools into the software development life cycle to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues quickly, and implement solutions to improve system performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and guiding them through development challenges.
