ADTRAK is seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer Test (SDET) to lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining test strategy and automated test suites for software applications, ensuring high quality in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of C-Sharp is required.
- Experience with SQL, T-SQL is required.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, XUnit or TestNG.
- Experience with testing tools like Postman, JMeter, Jaws.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud services.
- Experience with source control such as Git or TFS.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SDETs and QA in the design, development, and maintenance of test strategies using automated test suites by mentoring the members of the team and making suggestions on process.
- Develop new tests and tools for our software including front-end and back-end APIs and services.
- Groom and prune tests at all levels to ensure optimal coverage and effective deduplication.
- Create, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software components.
- Debug, analyze, and report software defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop code that meets our internal standards for maintainability, and style, and best practices for highly performant web applications.
- Maintain and advocate for our standards thorough code reviews.

- 7+ years of related experience in software development and/or testing.
- Experience mentoring other developers and/or testers and providing support and guidance on day-to-day activities.
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to estimate the work required and deliver the project on schedule as estimated.
- Ability to work non-standard business hours to attend meetings and provide support via text/phone/email in a 24/7/365 environment.
