Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Three.js.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in building interactive 3D applications.
- Strong understanding of 3D computer graphics with a focus in rendering and asset optimization pipelines.
- Familiarity with CAD integration, parametric modeling, or product visualization systems.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React).
- Expertise in 3D computer graphics, JavaScript development, and Three.js.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of a 3D visualization tool that allows users to configure their vehicle with accessories.
- Architect and maintain scalable, performant solutions using JavaScript, Three.js, WebGL, and React.
- Collaborate with design and engineering stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and user experience alignment.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge 3D computer graphics technologies to continuously elevate the platform.
- Oversee rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure high performance across platforms and devices.
- Optimize rendering pipelines for speed, accuracy, and visual fidelity.

- 7+ years of professional software development experience and 2+ years in a lead role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with team leadership responsibilities.
- Minimal travel is required; 10% or less.
- Office-based, hybrid, or remote setting with typical business hours, though flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
