Wells Fargo is seeking to drive the reliability, automation, and architectural maturity of network-related applications and tools across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, including cloud-native and on-premises environments, API design, database management, and user interface development
- 5+ years of Expert-level proficiency in programming languages such as Python/JavaScript/Java/.NET
- 3+ years of Deep understanding of observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Splunk) and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka)
- Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven engineering practices, including building agent-based systems
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including monitoring, diagnostics, patching, and compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges
- Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues
- Lead projects, teams, and serve as a peer mentor
- Contribute to architectural improvements, building intelligent monitoring systems, and developing automation frameworks
