Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within Software Engineering and Solution Architecture.
- Expertise on Azure, Asp.NET, API Development/API Management, MS SQL, ETL, Entity Framework, browser-based technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, etc.
- Hands-on development for prototype solutions and experience with large-scale software development.
- Experience with DevOps is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing relevant information and prepare recommendations to guide teams in building high-quality solutions.
- Microsoft certifications (including Azure) are desirable but not required.
- Technology experience within financial services is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the design and development of complex, highly integrated, data-intensive custom software.
- Work with a team of experienced developers, system analysts, and QA testers and regularly interact with business partners regarding requirements and project milestones.
- Develop solution architectures that reflect the integration of business logic, processes, and data that deliver on the business need.
- Guide solution delivery teams in the implementation of the solution architecture.
- Contribute to the architecture roadmap that integrates and aggregates all of the solutions for a business unit.
- Assess, strategize, and manage the delivery of data-related projects.
- Collaborate with partner teams to define deliverables and create documentation, develop solution concepts, and excel at defining both solutions and data architecture.
