Requirements
- Working experience with our back-end stack: Ruby, Rails, Sidekiq, GraphQL;
- Hands-on experience with our front-end stack: React, Preact, Typescript, NextJS, SWR;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment;
- Pragmatic and product-oriented mindset;
- Having experience working with Shopify or any other e-commerce platform;
- Having previous experience with event sourcing architecture;
Responsibilities
- Lead large development initiatives;
- Lead the technical design, and drive your squad's vision to its implementation, through the development of high-quality code;
- Design, Build, test, and deploy code using our best practices;
- Ensure our technology ecosystem provides a high-quality user experience, with clear feedback mechanisms;
- Partner with the CTO and fellow Lead Engineers in conducting requirements discovery, solution presentations, and various workshop formats;
- Mentor and coach other engineers at Superfiliate on the technical aspects of our systems;
- Help to write documentation about our architecture, engineering processes, and best practices;
Other
- Mentor and coach other engineers at Superfiliate on the technical aspects of our systems;
- Provide updates and serve as an advocate of the engineering team to other organizational leaders;
- Work with other work streams, such as customer support and sales, as a technical expert and representative of the engineering team;
- Ability to maintain a positive mood and inspire coworkers, wherever they are in the world;
- Help the CTO to support and share our technical vision;
