Requirements

- Can architect and optimize systems to handle growing data, integrations, and user interactions.
- Have a high bar for quality and craftsmanship, ensuring maintainability and performance.
- Startup experience—either as a founding engineer or an early team member at a high-growth company.
- Experience designing highly scalable and distributed systems.
- Prior work with AI workflows, automation, or intelligent data processing.
- Experience with B2B SaaS workflow tools and complex business processes.
