Requirements
- 6+ years experience as Application Management Senior Analyst, software development, or similar roles using relevant programming languages
- Analyzing, designing, developing, maintaining software applications
- Full software development lifecycle: requirements, specs, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance
- Writing efficient, maintainable, scalable code (e.g., Python, PySpark)
- Debugging, testing, optimizing code for production reliability and performance
- Secure coding practices: vulnerability mitigation, security standards, data protection
- Working with IBM Mainframes, COBOL, JCL, and mainframe data management
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software and cloud solutions
- Manage data integration, analytics, and optimize application performance
- Ensure data security, compliance, and support business operations via agile methodologies
- Lead strategic engineering efforts using in-depth knowledge of tools, processes, and application architecture to solve complex issues
- Design full-stack applications with industry-standard languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, PySpark)
- Provide technical consultation, problem resolution, and guidance to business and product teams
- Maintain expertise in software engineering concepts: security, containers, version control, CI/CD, unit testing

- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
