Requirements
- At least six (6) years of experience in Java and the Java technology ecosystem.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Backend application development using Python, Java, REST API and NoSQL solutions.
- At least two (2) years of experience in AWS cloud platform.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Scalability and availability in distributed systems.
- At least two (2) years of experience in configuration and orchestration using Ansible.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Cloud based server less frameworks including Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Continuous integrations tools including Jenkins.
Responsibilities
- Participate in code reviews across multiple services in an effort to provide constructive feedback to help team members.
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and other service teams for resolving complex technical issues and achieving goals.
- Lead remote team members in designing, developing, and testing features and functionality that include high scalability, availability, and reliability.
- Maintain unit and integration tests across multiple microservices.
- Take ownership of service maintenance, configuration and development consistent with a DevOps SDLC.
- Apply detailed estimations based on a deep understanding of the team’s skillset.
- Champion developing standards and companywide best practices.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus six (6) years of experience in a computer-related occupation.
