Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET (8+ years)
- Solid experience with frontend framework (mainly Angular or another, such as React/Vue)
- Proven experience with AWS
- Ability to define, own, and evolve system architecture
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong skills in epic decomposition into technical tasks, including estimation and dependency management
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and system architecture across .NET, Angular, and AWS
- Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance of the platform
- Identify and proactively mitigate technical and delivery risks
- Collaborate with IoT teams and DevOps on integrations, CI/CD, and cloud operations
- Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve team processes
- Decompose epics into technical tasks, provide estimations, and manage dependencies
- Act as the primary technical advisor for the client, supporting architectural and strategic decisions
Other
- Lead and coordinate a multinational, cross-functional team (BE, FE, Mobile, DevOps, QA) across multiple time zones
- Facilitate and own Scrum ceremonies, planning, and delivery processes
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, mentor engineers, and promote knowledge sharing
- Proven experience leading multinational teams across multiple time zones
- Preference for candidates available for international travel
