JPMorgan Chase within US Wealth Management is looking to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way by developing AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of AI projects.
  • Proficiency in React for front-end development and Java or python for backend development.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience, particularly with Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Formal training or certification in Python, with advanced proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
  • Conduct research to stay abreast of advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize AI models on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Engineer the control plane for provisioning, automation, scaling, integrations, and self-service, making it accessible to thousands of applications.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces for AI-driven products using React.
  • Utilize Java for robust and scalable backend development.

  • Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in architecting and developing applications on major public cloud providers
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies and best practices.
