Requirements
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing APIs
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Demonstrable ability to code in Python
- Experience in creating web user interfaces
- Foundational knowledge of database concepts
- Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle
- Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Responsibilities
- Develops secure high-quality APIs, and reviews and debugs code written by others
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, product organization, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture
- Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies
- Conduct integrity checks to ensure data formats are accurate and consistent
- Create web-based user interfaces for seamless access to resources
- Leverage programming language libraries to generate power point presentation

- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
