Capgemini is looking for a Java AWS engineer to analyze, debug, and resolve production support issues, improve application performance, and provide root cause analysis for critical bugs.
Requirements
- Java 8 / 11 , Spring, Spring batch, Springboot Hibernate , PostgreSQL
- AWS environment needed - Lambda, EC2, ECS, DynamoDB, IAM, Cloudfront, Load balancers, understanding architecture, troubleshooting issues.
- CI/CD - AWS CDK, Typescript implementations.
- Linux commands
- thread dump analysis
- Analyzing Splunk, Dynatrace logs
- writing complex SQL queries
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, debugging and resolving production support issues.
- Experience in Java 8 / 11 , Spring, Spring batch, Springboot Hibernate , PostgreSQL Working on AWS environment needed - Lambda, EC2, ECS, DynamoDB, IAM, Cloudfront, Load balancers, understanding architecture, troubleshooting issues.
- Knowledge in implementing CI/CD - AWS CDK, Typescript implementations.
- Well versed with Linux commands, thread dump analysis to analyze out of memory issues Analyzing Splunk, Dynatrace logs, monitoring, performance and provide recommendations to improve application performance
- Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries
- Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to issues with in application
- Able to resolve P1/P2 issues and represent team in the bridge calls
Other
- 8+years of exp. in Hands-on design, development, deployment and support experience.
- Strong documentation skills and Problem solving abilities.
- Should be willing to work and resolve tickets as per SLAs
- Works under pressure and is able to manage competing priorities
- Post Production changes / release validation of application support during off-hours.
