Emerson is looking for a Software Development professional to join their Manufacturing Software and Data Support team to build innovative solutions that improve factory operations and provide data streams for business decisions, supporting Rosemount Pressure Product lines which generate over $1B in business annually.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft software development technologies (C, .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server) or similar
- Software design patterns and how to effectively apply them
- Continuous integration and deployment
- Implementing effective unit tests to ensure quality, maintainable solutions
- Query Optimization and operational observability
- Data modelling of complex processes
- ETL methodologies
Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements for software and data projects and translate them into suitable software and database designs
- Iteratively and collaboratively implement software and data solutions as part of a team of full stack DevOps engineers
- Deliver high quality solutions through rigorous testing and continuous integration
- Deploy software and data management solutions in a production environment
- Provide quality documentation so your peers and customers can understand and utilize our applications and data to meet business and operational needs
- Support our production solutions to maintain continuous manufacturing operations

- This role is in office 4 days a week.

- The salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
