Exadel's client, a global leader in financial and audit software solutions, is undergoing a major cloud transformation to evolve their product suite into a secure, scalable, and AI-ready SaaS platform. This modernization initiative focuses on improving system performance, implementing advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, and strengthening security and governance.

Requirements

  • 7-8+ years of experience in .NET (C, .NET 6–10) development, with strong backend engineering expertise
  • Deep knowledge of AWS, microservices, and event-driven architectures
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (Auth0 or equivalent), OAuth 2.1/OIDC, and RBAC/ABAC models
  • Solid understanding of Aurora/PostgreSQL, Redis, and EKS
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
  • Experience in modernization or re-architecture projects (lift-and-shift to cloud)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of backend and cloud-native solutions built on .NET and AWS
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to define technical direction, standards, and implementation best practices
  • Guide and oversee the engineering team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Integrate and optimize IAM components (e.g., Auth0) in accordance with OAuth 2.1, OIDC, and Zero Trust standards
  • Review designs and code, drive technical excellence, and maintain consistency across services
  • Partner with DevOps and QA to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
  • Contribute across all program phases to ensure architectural alignment and consistent delivery

  • Proven experience leading teams and driving delivery within distributed, Agile environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a balance of technical and business focus
  • English level Upper-Intermediate+
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
