Requirements
- 7+ years of professional development experience in high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in developing frontend applications (React, Typescript), API design and data modeling (MongoDB, Postgres).
- Experience building and maintaining AWS applications using infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code, following test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps best practices.
- Proficiency in threat modeling, secure-by-design principles, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Building and enhancing tools that help advisors serve clients more efficiently, including integrations with advisor tools and ingestion/parsing of existing estate planning documents.
- Handling sensitive operations such as deleting member data, running penetration test remediations, and managing access reviews.
- Ensuring the advisor platform integrates smoothly with other Trust & Will squads (Planning, Admin, Consumer), so that professional and consumer experiences are aligned.
- Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance applications and services.
- Lead system-level design, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with organizational standards.
