State Farm is looking to transform the way its contact centers handle business by developing innovative solutions for their contact centers using AWS/Salesforce.
Requirements
- 6 plus years of experience with AWS Connect and other services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, S3, Dynamo, Chat)
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce/ECRM and Flow Builder
- Experience in multiple development languages (e.g., Node.js JavaScript, Python, Java, C-Sharp)
- Knowledge of GIT or other code repository tool and CI/CD pipelines
- Contact center operations working with chat/chatbots and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Qualified candidates will be residing within a 180-mile radius of our hub locations will be classified as a Hybrid employee.
