Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- Proven experience in using Tableau for data visualization and analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Practical cloud native experience
- Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Associate)
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools beyond Tableau
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to various user levels
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on Tableau functionalities
- Update training content to reflect the latest Tableau features and industry trends
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Tableau-related inquiries and technical support
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Tableau usage
- Monitor user engagement and training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and usage analytics
