JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Data Technology organization is looking to enhance, build, and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products by implementing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to achieve firm objectives. The role specifically aims to promote the adoption of AI/ML and GenAI platforms and Data Products, ensuring standardized governance around AI and Data Lifecycle, and developing solutions for business use cases to facilitate platform adoption.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in AI/ML and GenAI solution design using different tools and techniques - GenAI frameworks, RAG architecture, Model Orchestration and Serving, model Experimentation etc.
- Experience working with data science, AI/ML product teams, working on projects covering the AI/ML and GenAI lifecycle.
- Hands on experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large-scale environments using modern programming languages (e.g., PySpark, Python)
- Experience working with snowflake, data bricks, feature platform.
- Knowledge of best practices of data management, cataloguing, lineage etc.
Responsibilities
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
- Create solution prioritized use cases by evaluating approved architecture standards, platform capabilities and governance frameworks to scale the onboarding on the GenAI, ML and Data platforms.
- Participate in continuous prototyping of new technology to inform data technology teams on potential new tools to be integrated as part of the existing platforms.
- Partner with customer, stakeholders and product to understand the business needs and translate them into technical details and implementation.
- Find opportunities for automation, efficiencies and opportunities for a seamless customer experience, supporting their GenAI, AI/ML and Data initiatives.
- Keep tabs on best practices and technology advancements in the industry and influence their integration within the firm.
