Energy Transfer is looking for a developer to develop, maintain, and support their SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) instance using best practice development processes.
Requirements
- 4 years of SailPoint Identity IQ Development experience (Certification is a plus)
- Understanding of underlying IIQ framework (Database, Servers, Tomcat, API, etc.)
- Read/Write and understand XML
- Read/Write and understand BeanShell
- Strong ITIL understanding (ServiceNow is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Design, Support, and Administrate Sailpoint Identity IQ (IIQ) Environment including: Workflows, Applications, Certifications, Rules, Tasks, Forms, Reports
- Serve as an escalation point for the team to help troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with IIQ using best practice methodologies
- Interface with vendor support and lead problem resolution where the issue is product related
- Maintain the application GIT repository
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and to supervise others for limited engagements
- Operates well in an environment with regularly changing priorities
- Comfortable with a high operational tempo
