Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Payments Engineer to be part of the transformation initiative leveraging GenAI to accelerate development and build new capabilities in the Global Payments and Liquidity team
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development
5+ years of experience in Python, Java, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies
3+ years of experience in Architecture Design Patterns, including deep learning, natural language processing and Financial Applications
Knowledge of Chatbots, Transformer models, SWE-Bench is preferred
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT
Experience of DevOps with CI/CD
Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs, LLM's, agent frameworks, and other related technologies
Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems
Develop and maintain large scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM second agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models
Assist other individuals in advanced software development
Design, develop and deploy application using Enterprise frameworks
