Provide platform support for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) organization and the applications and infrastructure they support
Requirements
5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent
5+ years of experience providing development and/or support for applications built on .NET and Java platforms
4+ years of SQL experience
3+ years of experience with Systems Health and Performance monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Grafana and Splunk
4+ years of experience supporting critical systems, applications or platforms
ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms
Responsibilities
Lead complex, broad impact initiatives including provision of high level systems consultation for the technology teams
Work as key participant in large scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional area
Review and analyze complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions
Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements
Consult with engineering team on change design requiring solid understanding of technical process controls or standards that influence and drive new initiatives
Other
