The role also involves strategic planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, aligning products with the company's vision and strategy, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Requirements
- 7 related experience in software product management and working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders in an agile development environment.
- Understanding of Product Management principles
- Understanding of business KPIs and the ability to drive them
- Technical skills such as Microsoft Automation Tools and at least one development programing language
- Experience with AI and automation technologies
- Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Expertise in technical endpoint tools, collaboration, and productivity products.
Responsibilities
- Determine customer or service needs and translate them into requirements.
- Build roadmaps and backlogs, define requirements, and ensure implementation plans match expectations.
- Drive automation and AI initiativesto enhance product capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automationwithin the product lifecycle and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performanceof AI and automation solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value to customers.
- Stay updated with the latest trendsand advancements in AI and automation technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the product.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation as well as defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
