Command|Link is seeking to solve the problem of ISP vendor sprawl and IT headaches by consolidating core infrastructure into a single vendor and layering on a proprietary single pane of glass platform.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, SD-WAN, network automation)
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or similar.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience collaborating with network engineering and DevOps teams to deliver highly reliable, scalable systems.
- Strong Agile experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical products.
- Proven ability to define and deliver tools that improve network visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on network infrastructure, monitoring systems, or operational platforms
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for internal products focused on network provisioning, monitoring, and observability across our SaaS infrastructure.
- Partner with network engineering, DevOps, and NOC teams to identify operational gaps and deliver tools that improve uptime, performance visibility, and automation.
- Drive development of monitoring and alerting platforms, integrating telemetry, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance incident detection and response.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure seamless integration between billing, provisioning, and network systems, supporting accurate usage tracking and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, reduce manual workflows, and increase system transparency.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to design internal tools that are intuitive, efficient, and optimized for technical users.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for network health, provisioning success rates, and service reliability, using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus)
